I trained at Sweet Track Spiritual Counselling in Glastonbury where I completed a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.

Before my counsellor training I was a Chief Financial Officer working both in the UK and overseas. In 2021 I decided to leave the corporate world as I recognised that my destiny was leading me to take a different path. In my own life I have received counselling and therapy as I navigated several personal and professional challenges. The rigorous training at Sweet Track required me to explore my relationship with myself and others and develop my own spirituality and way of being.
